Adam Lambert Acknowledges Elephant in the Room, Says it's Pink
Adam Lambert continues to play coy about his sexuality. In a recent interview with TV Guide's Matt Mitovich, he's cornered once again about THIS.
MITOVICH: "Have there been ridiculously overt, roundabout ways to get at you about the 'elephant in the room?'
LAMBERT: "They've been actually straightforward, actually, to which I go.. 'heh, uh.' Yeah, so. That elephant, man, it's pink, isn't it?"
Meanwhile, conspiracy theories have been fueled by recent revelations that AT&T provided phones for free text-messaging services and lessons in casting blocks of votes at parties organized by fans of Kris Allen. Is there anything to be done about it now? Seems unlikely.

Does it really matter now ?
Hmmm seems like it would matter that corporate America BILKED the American People out of MILLIONS and MILLIONS of dollars collected in votes for a FIXED contest - for results that supported STRAIGHT SUPREMACY.
Corruption by the rich to bilk the poor matter more that gay marriage equality or if this self-center fearful theater queen won or lost.

I think he is awesome. He has basically said it already. He is just so grounded in his interviews and even-keeled. Despite the photos, he is just a like normal guy. He will do great things I am sure.

I figured out how Adam can prove he's straight, climb up on the judging booth, wave his wand in her face and have a night in the hay with judge Kara. Talk about no boundaries. She'll do his screech. GAG.

Really - this guy just needs to disappear for a while.
Go. Away. Already...

boring.

Boring, boring, shallow little famewhore. He's hardly an artist, and he's hardly a person...

Yawn....

Double yawn-
non-important fame-whore

Are there any successful musicians of any relevance that are not fame-whores? really? which planet are you from?

Another great interview from Adam! The elephant is...PINK, hilarious!
Another interview that when around Adam's 20+ fans clubs and around the world in probably less than 10 minutes! Adam is the best at providing his fan club forums with hours of fun and sometime hilarious postings even if he is no longer on the show!
Keeps them guessing that's the fun part!
Way to go Adam!

What's the deal? Is he not allowed to say he's gay or does he think that it keeps some kind of mystery about him?
Because i think we all agree that subject is about as mysterious as a piece of paper.

Enough already. This closet case is the most detrimental, cowardly setback to the cause we've had in ages. Great message to be sending young, not-yet-out gays and lesbians - i.e.: stay in the closet until you've made all the dough you can by being dishonest, evasive and coy about your true self. It doesn't matter if Lambert is truly gay or not....his true self has already been revealed as a opportunistic, gutless tool. Pathetic.

Adam's sexuality is hos own business. Period.

I've got mad love for this guy and all the haters can just STFU already.
It's not like he signed on to be the leader of the gay populace, he's an entertainer for Christ sake!
He's cute, funny as hell and can sing his face off so I hope he makes shit loads of money and has a great life, I for one will be in line for his albums.
After he makes his millions, then he can come out and give it to whatever causes he wants (the entertainment industry is a game and he knows how to play it) wether you like it or not.

and maybe it is his way of telling you it's none of your business, man some people get mean when they are upset, you idiot people ,media, keep bringing it up ,not Adam, America has such an unhealthy fixation of sexual orientation, you just can't leave it alone can you, then you hipocritically blame the person you are talking about....geez.. Adam never brings it up , he is a class act all they and he will be around for a long time, the greats see his talent,so it doesn't matter if you idiots don't- deal with it

he's fabulous! Gay or not! Can't wait to have an album from him. But I do love that pink elephant <3

He is just following Freddie Mercury's actions.....he even quoted him ( I know who I am etc) . Queen's Freddie was coy yet open. He kept his life personal mostly..but at times said things like "I'm as gay as a daffodil" ..so what..the elephant is pink..and daffadil's are yellow..Adam can sing like nobody else has in ages.

Adam is way classier than all the haters. He's not going anywhere. Just deal.
Posted by: Alex | May 27, 2009 3:01:36 PM
Why, oh why, would he like to come out? with bitter ol' bitches like the ones on this thread jumping to his neck at any chance they have. You'll never be satisfied anyway!
I dont think he's hiding anything...he might just want to come out on his own terms and not because Perez and a bunch of queens demand it.
He's talented. Get over it.

Some of you people make me want to literally vomit. Adam has been the consumate performer week after week and this is what it comes down to...whether he is gay or not? That is between him and God. Have would you like it if he asked if your wife performed oral sex on you or the many partners she had before you. Disgusting!!!!!!!!Get a life homophobics.

I just love Adam. He seems like someone who would be such a great friend, someone totally cool to hang out with. His sense of humor is fantastic! I have great hopes for his career.
Keep doing what you're doing, man!
Posted by: RJ | May 27, 2009 3:56:33 PM
Why does he ever have to "come out" Barry Manilow hasn't.
Posted by: Raye | May 27, 2009 4:53:05 PM
Adam is such a wonderful artist and person that anyone talkin smack against him is a poor excuse for a human being and gay or straight is just pitiful. I love pink elephants! and love what Ralph posted below!!! This is a travisty and needs to change! AT&T is in bed with the bigots thats fo show, so u flamers that dis Adam might as well be too. I am pretty sure everyone already knew/knows he is gay. I am 100% sure his family and friends know it. I don't think it really matters if "America" knows it for sure or not. I mean Clay Aiken, anyone. He's a reality show contestant, his station in life is entertainment and money making not role model.
