Are You Listening, Saturday Night Live?

The Facebook page I posted about last week calling on Saturday Night Live to ask Betty White to guest host is surging to break the 100,000 fan barrier.

  3. Betty is a national treasure. I've met her a half dozen times over the years and she is always sweet and kind, just as you would expect.

  4. One of the greatest comic talents television has ever had. I would DEFINITELY watch SNL if Betty hosted.

  6. Go on, just try to describe her without using the words "National Treasure".

  7. Betty "National Treasure" White is way TOO cool for SNL and should have her own show.

  8. Loved her as Sue Ann Nivens. Love her in anything. SNL should be honoured to have Ms. White host. Maybe she'd teach that tired group of 3rd-rate actors a thing or two about comedy and professionalism.

  9. She shouldn't deign to appear on SNL. SNL is a terrible program, and people that enjoy it (save Tina Fey's palin impersonation which was excellent...the best thing to happen to that show in years-literally) lack a sense of humor. IT's nOT FUNNY.

  10. I have... to agree with Tank.

  11. The woman around whom they now build their show, "Willig" or something, is one of the worst, least funny performers they've ever featured. Not funny! Repetitive! WAY too Northern, I'd guess, to actually be funny.

  12. Oh, to hear her call Sarah Palin "One crazy bitch" one more time...
