Watch: Father and Son Send iPhone, Camera to Film Space

A father and team successfully sent an iPhone and camera to space and retrieved it successfully after tracking its location using the iPhone's GPS signal. A fascinating little film.

Watch it, AFTER THE JUMP...

  6. I wonder if they have to file a flight plan or get government permission?

Wouldn't want to be considered terrorists or accused of trying to bring an aircraft down...which is the climate these days.
