  1. It sounds like it comes down to the spending bill being passed today. Not a small thing I'm sure, even if it seems like it.

  2. The spending bill is a stopgap continuance at the current level, so it should pass pretty easily. The real Omnibus Spending bill has been tabled for this Congress and will come back up in February.
