Watch: Last Night's Lunar Eclipse
Did you stay up last night to see the lunar eclipse? Here's my favorite shot of it (above), from those I checked out on Twitter.
William Castleman shot a time-lapse of it from Gainesville, Florida and set it to a dramatic Nocturne from Claude Debussy. Just lovely.
Check out what you missed, AFTER THE JUMP...

Way cool.

Very nice, but would it have killed him to give credit to the people who made the recording of Debussy's "Sirens" that he stole?

It was pretty spectacular when it started around 1:30 am.

Also interesting is a reverse view from the moon back to earth, taken from Japan's Kaguya probe earlier (not this eclipse). You can search for it on YouTube.

It was SPECTACULAR from Florida. The sky was crystal clear.

Oh, no! The Moon god is angry! John McCain was right -- without DADT we're all going to die!

Everyone Knows that 'The Man in The Moon is a Lady!'
Love this video, since I went outside at 1:30 and saw the moon disappear behind the clouds.
