Vicious Turkey Attack on News Reporter Caught on Film: VIDEO

The turkeys in a Sacramento neighborhood know Thanksgiving is coming and they're not having it this year. Local news reporter Duffy Kelly went to investigate reports that the wild birds were chasing down joggers and residents.

Kelly is lucky to have escaped alive after a US Postal worker performed a daring save. She was then pinned inside the vehicle by the vicious wattled predator.

  1. The turkey must have thought she was from FOX news.

  2. Good for the turkey. People who believe our horrific treatment of animals is justified because "might makes right" should have a taste of life on the other side of that equation.

  11. I don't like Turkeys. Geese, on the other hand, can be sweet. One, my local park buddy, likes the tap water I bring him better than the pond water. I took some video a few weeks ago before he knew me better. Now he honks and comes to me whenever he sees me and sometimes follows me around. After he's finished drinking, he play-nibbles my hand and my ankles and talks to me. He's adorable.

  12. I used to live in Folsom (near Sacto) and those things would wander around my apartment complex on occasion. They have no fear.

  21. The turkey was probably looking for food, not attacking. Some residents in the area are probably hand feeding them so they learned to associate humans with food. Career tip: if you are unemployed and have no skills, you might consider a job as a TV reporter.
