Michele Bachmann Says She May Run for President Again in 2016: VIDEO

Michele Bachmann joined Sean Hannity last night to announce her intentions of not going away after her decision to not seek reelection.

Said Bachmann:

"I'm not retiring, I'm not going silent, I'm not quitting mypublic  involvement. In fact I may run for another public office. That could happen. But for right now I think I'm going to find a different perch to weigh in on these matters...."

As for 2016: "I'm not taking anything off the table...I'm in the game for the long haul."

  1. "...a different perch to weigh in on these matters...."

Sounds like Fox's next "pundit." She's certainly eminently qualified.

  2. Sarah Palin seems to have recently faded into obscurity. Michelle is following the same pattern. By this time next year, she will be an unpleasant but distant memory.

  4. Palin said the same thing. Four years out of public service will have the same results for Bachmann.

  8. She'll do the same thing that Sarah Palin did; start a PAC and play around with the cash knowing she doesn't have a chance in hell.

  9. This joke got old 4 years ago.

  10. Exactly Jerry, as long as she is still holding out the possibility of running for some office somewhere (dog catcher?) she can keep up the fundraising.

  16. Minn. is supposed to be the land of 10,000 lakes. Can't we put her in a canoe on one of them and let her float away?

    Posted by: greenfuzz | Jun 7, 2013 12:12:37 PM

  17. false.
she's just aiming for a Palin-esque money-grubbing "TV personality" gig every few months from the shills over at Faux News.

she's not seriously running. although i seriously wish she would.

  18. Bachmann/Palin 2016? Only if there really is a god.

However, what makes anyone think La Palin would settle for the veep slot again?

I see a b*tch fight looming on the horizon....

  19. Looks like Michelle is following the Sarah Palin playbook: gain a rabid Teatard following, then milk then for cash by teasing a run at the Presidency. Expect her to go on a "listening tour" (ie, free publicity for an upcoming book/movie) and watch the $$$ roll in. Marcus is doing his part by scheduling all the tour locations at truck stops, public parks, and Abercrombie & Fitch stores.

  20. Good. I want unelectable candidates for the Repugs to split their votes on... Keep the crazy coming, honey

  21. What I really hope is that Bachmann, Palin, Beck, et al, form a new official Tea Party and run as candidates agains GOP veterans. That would be fantastic!! Split those votes, honey!!

  22. I wish it was Bachmann/Palin. The Democrats would have so much fun. Not to mention TV hosts. Palin can see Bachmann's house from her's.
