  4. Gays in DC are not torn between voting for Catania because he is gay and towing the party line. The only incentive they have for voting for Catania is that the Democratic challenger is horrible. Him not being her is appealing. Not him being gay. I think at the end of the day, most gays will not vote for him. He is not well liked.
