‘Just Missed The Train’ By Wilson Knight: VIDEO

Gay artist Wilson Knight has a new indie-pop single for your listening pleasure: "Just Missed The Train". The slow ballad is an autobiographical account of Knight himself having had to move on from a past relationship that was once holding him back…though honestly the couple in the video seem pretty loving and stable, so there's a bit of dissonance present. And auto-tune; definitely feels like too much auto-tune.

You can listen to the song and see if it speaks to you AFTER THE JUMP…

  1. I wont grow up says

When your voice needs THAT much technical augmentation it’s time to rethink your career path. In other words, as an agent once said to me, “Don’t quit your day job”.

  2. MickyFlip says

Oh geez, I was actually hoping this was good. The song title made me think R&B, soul, blues, somewhere along that line. This turned out to be something else entirely

  3. Markt says

He’s young. He does need to work hard though – like he needs a music writer – and someone to augment his lyrics – and maybe a regular voice lesson.

  4. Dback says

He’s extremely cute and the video’s well-shot, but I concur with everyone: the voice isn’t happening. And the music and lyrics aren’t much to speak of either.
