Last week we reported on the campaign by American Family Association subgroup One Million Moms against Campbell’s Soup, for the ad they are airing featuring real-life gay dads Larry Sullivan, David Monahan, and their son Cooper.
“It’s no surprise that Campbell’s supports all types of marriages because it just helps them sell more cans,” explained Colbert on The Late Show last night.
“One Million Moms is furious that Campbell’s Soup is being associated with gay men. Psssst. Nobody tell them about Andy Warhol.”
