Aside from one of them, this is all summery club music…recommended.
1. “Call On Me” — Eric Prydz vs Steve Winwood
Bein’ called Europe’s biggest summer anthem. It definitely cranks.
2. “Jack and Jill Party” — Pete Burns with the Pet Shop Boys
The frontman of Dead or Alive and the PSB make a killer duo. 80’s are back.
3. “Summer Sunshine” (Fernando Garibay Extended Remix) — The Corrs
Breezy, lighthearted, power-pop dance tune just in time for the solstice.
4. “Bac N Da Day” — Frankie Knuckles
The grandfather of house returns like a warm Sunday afternoon.
5. “La Noche” — Coca y Villa
Balearic European anthem out of Madrid but built for an Ibiza sunset.
6. “Dive” (Chris Cox Club Mix) — Debby Holiday
Circuit stormer with enough love to stand out from the rest.
7. “Morning Always Comes Too Soon” (Original Mix) — Brad Carter
Kept this one on from last time — knockout filtered house tune.
8. “Let the Sunshine Through” — Richard F featuring Samantha Stock
Perfect beach bar vocal summer anthem, if not a bit repetitive.
9. “This Love” (Junior Vasquez Mix) — Maroon 5
Junior does the ever-popular pop chart favorite with style and a few twists.
10. “Summer Breeze” (Philip Steir Remix) — Seals & Croft
1972 hit with a new beat and some bass, not much of a remix, but still classic.
11. “I Am What I Am 2004” (Almighty Anthem Mix) — Hannah Jones
Had to throw this Pride favorite in — one of the finest versions I’ve heard.
12. “California Dreamin'” — Benny Benassi
Benassi’s version of this classic tune is like a rattled wasp’s nest.
