Servicemember's United has launched a series of web clips featuring gays and lesbians who served in the Armed Forces and were open about their sexuality to those serving around them. The spots are an effort to highlight the fact that open service will be no big deal, and is not a detriment to military readiness.
The first spot features former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant and Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician, who joined the Army in March of 1996 and served three tours of duty in Bosnia and one tour of duty in Afghanistan.
