Little is more annoying to a tourist in Times Square than someone in a poorly-made pop culture mascot costume shuffling up uninvited to pose for pictures and then ask for money for the privilege of doing so. One wonders how the locals manage to put up with them.
Conan O'Brien's Triumph the Insult Comic Dog took to Times Square to confront the mascots one-on-one and see who could pass muster, including Nintendo's Mario, Toy Story's Woody, "Micky Ricardo", and Hello Kitty (whose costume "smells a little bit. You might want to wash that pussy.")
