What does the word “faggot” mean to you? And what about the people who use it? What if the people who use it are gay themselves? That's the question posed to 30 gay men by Cut Video in their latest clip (previous clips have included men reacting to the word “gay” and the phrase “be a man”).
Says one man: “I have a hard time with that word….because….I use it. I wouldn't be surprised if people thought I was a hypocrite if I used it with them or if it made them uncomfortable. But at the same time it's a word that I'm not ready to let go of yet.”
