Demi Lovato was last night's musical guest on Saturday Night Live and if she had anything to prove to anyone about being a real vocalist she won her argument with flying colors, delivering both her summer hit “Cool for the Summer” and new track “Confident” in a medley which showed she's more the latter than the former.

But it's her performance of the new ballad “Stone Cold” that has people talking:

In September, Lovato sat down with Alan Carr on his UK talk show Chatty Man and suggested that she's bisexual while discussing the track “Cool for the Summer”.
Said Lovato: “I'm not confirming and I'm definitely not denying. All of my songs are based off of personal experiences. I don't think there's anything wrong with experimentation at all.”
Replied Carr: “No. The trouble is i experimented once and it stuck.”
“Hey, I didn't say that it didn't stick either,” said Lovato. “I didn't say that it didn't stick.”
Lovato has shown she's an LGBT in numerous appearances since June. She dedicated her song “Warrior” to Caitlyn Jenner (when she still went by Bruce), she released a video for HRC's Americans for Marriage Equality campaign, she was the headliner for NYC's Pride and grand marshaled L.A.'s Pride, also revealing that her grandfather was gay.
In related news, while she was in town for SNL rehearsals this week, she stopped by NYC's Hells Kitchen gay bar Industry with Nick Jonas and Kate Hudson and performed “Confident”.
Jonas made the introduction to the delight of everyone there.
