Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and his wife were heckled out of the Washington D.C. restaurant Fiola on Monday night by a group of protesters from the group Smash Racism DC, which chanted at Cruz, who is a close friend of SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The protesters yelled at Cruz: “We believe survivors.”
Kavanaugh was accused by two women, high school classmate Christine Blasey Ford and college classmate Deborah Ramirez, of separate sexual assault incidents. Meanwhile, attorney Michael Avenatti claimed to represent another woman with allegations against the judge, and the Montgomery Sentinel reported on a potential fourth allegation

Not right that Senator Cruz and his wife Heidi were surrounded and forced to leave a restaurant last night because of protesters. The Cruz family should be treated with respect.
