Feel the Power at the Coral Castle
It may not cure a hangover or get you the number of that hot guy on the dancefloor last night, but there's magic at the Coral Castle, located in Homestead. That's one way folks explain how its creator, Edward Leedskalnin, was able to move and arrange the 1,100 tons of coral rock with only primitive tools. Other theories include levitation, magnets, electrical currents or even the Earth's natural harmonic grid. Regardless of the X-Files-type backstory, visitors today can enjoy walking among the massive sculptures, sundial and nine-ton gate.
