Watch: NJ Governor Hands Power Over to More Capable Leader, 3-Year-Old YouTube Star Jesse

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie yesterday signed a proclamation making YouTube star Jesse Koczon governor for a day. Jesse shot to fame in a YouTube video over a typical childhood meltdown, only this one happened to be over the fact that he was too young to be governor. Christie anointed Jesse's brother Brandon lieutenant governor.
