Post-labor day, I expect things will shift into major 9/11 mode as the 10th anniversary approaches. Here's a bit of a preview.
On Wednesday, the Port Authority posted a video showing views from the (current) top of the new World Trade Center (there's more going up). They're views that certainly, many of us recognize. Also shown is the completed exterior to the 9/11 Memorial with its cascading pools. Another video shows the progress on the transportation hub.
I've also posted another video, a supercut posted online recently featuring a look back at the old Twin Towers, from a cinematic perspective.
