The Commission on Presidential Debates announced on Thursday morning that the second debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, scheduled for October 15, will be virtual. The debate’s format is a Town Hall meeting moderated by C-SPAN’s Political Editor Steve Scully. Scully will moderate the debate from Miami.
