Mat Staver, the leader of listed anti-gay hate group Liberty Counsel, has said that marriage equality will force kindergartners to have same-sex relationships, Right Wing Watch reports:
Appearing on Christian talk radio station VCY America earlier this week, Staver said the U.S. will soon face hellfire and damnation if people accept the SCOTUS ruling on same-sex marriage.
Staver continued that the righteous fight against marriage equality is “the Rosa Parks on the bus” and like “Nazi Germany when they'd knock on your door.”
When asked about the future of public education, he said:
“[We will soon see] the marching of the kids through the public schools and the indoctrination. This is the, this is going to be an assault on them of unprecedented proportions as well.
“[Children will be told] ‘Hey, you need to experiment as a kindergarten with whether you're male or female. You need to, like, have some experiments and go out and have same-sex relationships.'”
Fearing that even those children “growing up in great Christian homes” are beginning to question the homophobic posturing of Staver and co., he added that his followers should “abandon the public schools” because “this is gonna be a flood of homosexual indoctrination, gender abolition indoctrination, sexual practice experimentation, risky behavior.”
“All this is gonna come on them like a flood,” he concluded in which “you're gonna lose your children.”
